Who we are
This policy explains how Robby Berman ("we") handles personal information on the Berman & Reich Family History website. Robby Berman is responsible for this information (the "controller" or "database owner").
What we collect and why
The site does not ask you for any personal information. You can browse it without giving us your name, email or any other details.
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time). It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Service providers we use
We share information only with the service providers below, and only as needed for the purpose described. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Base44 (Wix.com) – Hosts this website. When you load a page, the hosting servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. (privacy policy)
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given for, or as required by law, and then delete it.
